Remote online notarization

Up to 30 minutes, one signer, up to two notarial acts, and electronic document delivery.
Estate documents
Estate plan signing support
$75
Up to 45 minutes and two signers for attorney-prepared documents. Eligibility and witness requirements must be checked before booking.
Remote closing
RON loan eClosing
$125
Up to 90 minutes, one signer, signing support and scanbacks when required. Available only when the lender or title company accepts RON.
In-person loan signing
Purchase, refinance, or seller package

Includes standard print and scanback handling. Travel or unusual package requirements are quoted separately.
In-person loan signing

Final price may vary with package size, travel, and scanback requirements; confirmed before booking.

New Jersey notarial fees
- General notarial acts: $2.50 per act
- Real-estate transfer acts for grantors: $15 per transaction
- Real-estate financing acts for mortgagors: $25 per transaction
The applicable notarial fee is itemized separately from the service fee.
Additional appointment details
- Additional RON signer: $10
- Additional session time: $15 per 15 minutes, with your agreement before continuing
- Travel, special printing, witnesses, platform pass-through charges, and special delivery are discussed before booking
- Complete packets are due by 6:00 PM Eastern the day before; rush requests are quoted in advance
- Remote estate documents, including wills, codicils, or testamentary trusts, require an eligibility review before booking
Rescheduling & return visits
- Signer-requested reschedule within 24 hours: $25, subject to availability
- Revised or incomplete packet requiring a new RON appointment: $35 reset fee
- Additional remote appointment after signing: $50 return session
- In-person or loan-signing reappointments are quoted before booking
- No charge to correct an SGA error or for a return visit caused by my error

We’ll check whether remote notarization is appropriate for the document, review signer or witness needs, and confirm fees before scheduling.

Meet through BlueNotary
You’ll receive the session link and instructions through BlueNotary. Join with your complete document and follow the platform’s identity-check steps.

Complete and save
During the live appointment, wait for the notary’s direction before signing. Afterward, save your completed copy and follow the recipient’s delivery instructions.

Can I join a RON session from outside New Jersey?
New Jersey permits remote notarization when the notary is physically in New Jersey during the session. You may join from elsewhere, but document eligibility and acceptance can vary, so check with the recipient first.
What should I have ready?
Have the complete document and your identification ready. BlueNotary will guide you through the session and identity-check steps. Don’t sign until the notary directs you to.
Can you tell me which form or notarial act I need?
I can explain the notarial acts I’m able to perform, but I can’t choose a document or give legal advice. Ask the document preparer or an attorney what the document requires.
How much does an appointment cost?
See the service pricing above. The appointment service fee and applicable New Jersey notarial fee are separate; any travel or special handling fee is confirmed before you book.
Can you meet in person?
Mobile appointments may be available in New Jersey by request. Please share your location and timing so availability and travel costs can be confirmed before booking.
